NOTICE ON THE DISPOSAL, DISCLOSURE AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA DURING THE ACCREDITATION AND
NOMINATION PROCEDURES AND DURING THE TENURE OF MEMBERSHIP IN THE BODIES OF
SUPERVISON/MANAGEMENT
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2) of 23 December 2022, your
personal data are processed and kept as stated below.
By registering and entering your data in the SSH Nomination Committee Portal, you
consent to the processing and use of the personal data, which you have provided in this
application, as well as to the collection, processing and use of personal data that are
publicly available (printed and other media, annual reports of companies, etc.), which
may be relevant for determining the satisfaction of conditions and criteria for
evaluating the suitability of the following persons:
- a candidate for a member of supervisory body,
- a supervisory board member in a company with State’s capital assets,
- a candidate for a member of the management body of a company,
- a member of a management body of a company.
By registering and giving your explicit consent, and in the event you are appointed to a
supervisory body or to a management position in a company, you authorise SSH to store
your contact details (telephone number and e-mail address) for the purpose of
cooperating in the future and for SSH to forward them to the competent authority of the
company to which you have been appointed.
At the same time, you authorise SSH to forward to the SSH Nomination Committee the
following personal data: i) personal data necessary for the assessment of eligibility
for candidacy in SSH procedures, ii) data relating to candidacy for membership of
supervisory bodies of companies under the management of SSH or for membership of the
management board of a company, and iii) data relating to changes which occur during the
performance of the functions of a member of a supervisory body or a member of the
management board of a company. These data will be forwarded to the SSH Nomination
Committee for the following purposes: i) to manage and make decisions in the
accreditation and nomination procedures with regard to members of supervisory bodies of
SOEs or members of the management board of a company; ii) to monitor compliance with the
conditions during the tenure of the membership in the supervisory/management body; iii)
to maintain and use the database of accredited and nominated candidates for members of
supervisory bodies of SOEs in connection with these procedures, or members of the
management board of a company; and iv) to assess the suitability of individuals who are
already serving as members of the supervisory body of an SOE or as members of the
management board of a company.
Furthermore, we would like to inform you that you have an option to acquaint yourself
with personal data we collect about you, you have the option to access and inspect these
data whereby you have the right to copy your personal data or request a printout of your
personal data to be submitted to you on a durable medium or via an electronic
information system. At the same time, you have the right to ask us to transmit or delete
your personal data from the database system in which they are processed. You also have
the right to ask us to confirm in writing that we are processing or that we are not
processing personal data about you. Detailed instructions on how to exercise the rights
of individuals relating to the protection of personal data are published on the SSH
website.

their categories, dataset, sources, retention periods, procedures and measures taken to
protect your personal data, the description of the database systems managed by SSH and
on other matters, which refer to the personal data management, may be obtained by

To ensure the security and integrity of the website and to protect against unwanted
automated abuse, we use the Friendly Captcha service. This service was developed with a
focus on privacy and works by verifying whether a user is a human and not an automated
robot, without collecting any personal data that would allow for the identification of
an individual. The service provider is Friendly Captcha GmbH, Am Anger 3–5, 82237
Wörthsee, Germany.
When using Friendly Captcha, a cryptographic puzzle is generated and solved by your
device in the background. The data transmitted during this process (such as the IP
address, technical data about the device and operating system, the source of the
request, and the time taken to solve the puzzle) is used exclusively for the purpose of
preventing abuse and is anonymized or pseudonymized immediately after processing. It is
not stored or used for tracking users or for any other purposes.
